Cill Dara Golf Club was founded in 1920.
The course uses the natural terrain of the Curragh and is said to be a good test of golf for beginner and experienced golfers alike.
The club is proud of its greens, which can be very fast in Summer.

Cill Dara boasts a modern, comfortable clubhouse with all facilities and its restaurant under Hugh Rintoul has acquired a reputation for providing excellent, reasonably priced meals in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.

The annual trip organised by The Thursday Fourball organsiers – Dermot Corcoran, Declan Loakman & Ger Heffernan takes place on Saturday the 7th of September. The bus will collect all participants from the Club car park at 7.15am, departing at 7.30 am sharp. A day of golf, food and fun is promised. Pls contact the office should you wish to book a place.
Commisserations to the JB Carr Team and Managers, who had travelled the length and breadth of Leinster to get through to the All Ireland Final last weekend. They battled hard against opposition from Castlebar Golf Club and Rossmore Golf Club. Thanks to all the supports that travelled to Woodenbridge for the final and all the other courses along their journey.
Drainage works scheduled to start the 28th of January for 3 days. Course will be closed 28, 29, 30th January
